About Bloom

Jessica Howell graduated from the RN program at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, OR in 2010. She went on to work in various acute settings for the VA and Seattle Children's Hospital including in the ER, ICU, vascular access, Infection Prevention, and float pool. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She also earned a post-masters certificate in nursing education and enjoys teaching nursing students. 

Jessica lives in Eugene, OR with her wonderful family. She enjoys living in TrackTown USA so she can watch all of the amazing sports that come to town and participate in every fun run possible. She loves going to Ducks games, walking by the river, riding bikes, and generally enjoying all that life has to offer.  

Jessica started Bloom so that she could provide customized, evidence-based health and wellness care to patients. She offers telehealth and inhome visits. She is in network with some insurances and can help bill out of network. She offers discounts to uninsured patients depending on medical needs, appointments may be $100-$250 initially and $50-$100 once established. 

She has a special interest in helping patients with wellness goals including weight management, health promotion, health screenings, management of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She offers cosmetic injectables for wrinkle prevention. Jessica can help with acute and chronic medical conditions. 

She can see patients from anywhere in Oregon via telehealth, limited inhome visits available in the Eugene/Springfield area. Follow the link below to schedule.
